Returns and Exchanges
FULL PRICE Merchandise can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. All returns require a RA#; please call or e-mail to obtain yours. Closeout, Clearance, and Items Discounted by 40% or More are Final Sales Only with no returns unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please call or e-mail with your request and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Please be aware that pictures and colors on the internet are not always accurate and you should verify your size by a given manufacturer before placing an order. When we receive your authorized return, if tags are present and the item has not been used and is in new condition, we will process the item for a full refund or exchange. Any return without an authorized RA# will be refused and returned to the shipper. All refunds are for the purchase price and do not include the outbound or inbound shipping costs. We recommend that all equipment purchased from outdoorsportsguys.com be tried on and tested before use.
Returns of item(s) that were purchased with the Free Shipping option due to misordering by the consumer(ie: Does Not Fit, Don't Like Color, etc.) will be refunded the cost of the item less the shipping charge from us. Returns due to some fault of outdoorsportsguys.com will be reimbursed for all return shipping costs via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or US Mail only. Express shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please contact us 877.377.2376 and we will make arrangements to correct any errors, issue you a RA#, and arrange for your return/exchange/refund..
Examples:
1.) A returnable item is one that you try on in the house before use. So, try your Jackets and Pants on in the House for proper fit before you go out and use them for the day, so make sure the item is exactly what you wanted before take it out.
2.) Items returned without tags or original unbroken packaging and/or not in as new condition are not accepted. Tags can be removed but be sure to include them in the box when returning the items.
3.) If you wish to return an item purchase from Outdoorsportsguys.com please repackage the item in a box (do not mark or deface the original manufacturer packaging in any manner), place your RA# prominently on the box, and be sure to include a copy of the packing slip with the merchandise stating the reason for your return.

Warranties
Every item outdoorsportsguys.com carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, and impact are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer as to the validity of the warranty, and to either repair or replace defective merchandise. Outdoorsportsguys will do our best to hold companies accountable, and protect your rights as our customer.
Unfortunately, labor and shipping are not covered under any warranty. If you have a warranty issue, the shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the consumer. If you have a legitimate warranty concern, contact us at 877.377.2376. We will obtain a Return Authorization number for you. After that, you will send the product directly to the manufacturer, labeled on the outside of the box the Return Authorization number. This will speed up the process. The companies will then return the product, repaired, replaced, or rejected to us, and we will send it to you. This process only applies to products purchased from this website.
