We strive to provide the best customer service on the internet if there is something you don't see or would like to see changed please ask us or let us know so that we can contiune to offer the best product for the price.

Payment Terms: Please be sure to include your billing address when making a purchase. If you have moved recently please be sure to give us the address where you receive your credit card bill. We verify all billing addresses before shipping orders. Also when including your phone number please make sure you can be contacted at this number. If we cant reach you via the number provided, the phone number provided is disconnected, we will cancel the order imediately.
We do not sell personal information, This info is needed in effort to combat credit card fraud.
2. Shipping
We provide free Economy shipping on All Order Over $100. If you want your order Guaranteed in 5 days or less we provide UPS Ground shipping for a Nominal fee. UPS provides great tracking and on time delivery in all 50 states. Outdoorsportsguys.com is offering FREE Economy Shipping Via UPS on all Orders over $100 Placed in the Continental US!!! UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so be sure to inculde a physical address when ordering using the Free shipping option. Orders Placed in Alaska or Hawaii Ship via USPS Priority Mail. At Outdoorsportsguys.com we ship all orders with paid shipping within 24 hours after they are received. All Orders shipping VIA UPS Ground and Placed by 2:00pm Mtn Time Monday-Friday will ship the same day they are placed. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following Monday. Orders shipping via Free Economy may take up to 72 Hours to ship.

Due to rising shipping costs please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We currently do not charge for rerouting charges, and we do not want to start now. As some oversize or heavy items do not ship as economically, Outdoorsportsguys.com reserves the right to change the shipping method if it deems prudent to do so. In those cases, the customer will be contacted prior to processing the order for their approval.

You may receive your shipment a recycled box. We here at Outdoorsportsguys.com don't believe in using recycled products we believe that in actively recycling and reusing as much as possible. So when you receive a shipment from us in a previously used shipping box you will know that we here at Outdoorsportsguys.com are doing what we can for the environment and our customers so that we can all enjoy the great outdoors for many years to come and you will get the best price possible on all your outdoor gear needs.

If You live in Canada We ship most products listed on our site to Canada but due to certain dealer agreements we can not sell them all via the website. If you wish to place an order and have concerns please Give us a call or drop us an email service@outdoorsportsguys.com. We currently only offer shipping to Canada via US Priority Mail If you live in Canada and wish to purchase from us please call us at 575.377.3490. Sorry we do not have a toll free number available in Canada.

4. Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

FULL PRICE Merchandise can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. All returns require a RA#; please call or e-mail to obtain yours. Closeout, Clearance, and Items Discounted by 40% or More are Final Sales Only with no returns unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please call or e-mail with your request and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Please be aware that pictures and colors on the internet are not always accurate and you should verify your size by a given manufacturer before placing an order. When we receive your authorized return, if tags are present and the item has not been used and is in new condition, we will process the item for a full refund or exchange. Any return without an authorized RA# will be refused and returned to the shipper. All refunds are for the purchase price and do not include the outbound or inbound shipping costs. We recommend that all equipment purchased from outdoorsportsguys.com be tried on and tested before use.


Returns of item(s) that were purchased with the Free Shipping option due to misordering by the consumer(ie: Does Not Fit, Don't Like Color, etc.) will be refunded the cost of the item less the shipping charge from us. Returns due to some fault of outdoorsportsguys.com will be reimbursed for all return shipping costs via UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, or US Mail only. Express shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please contact us 877.377.2376 and we will make arrangements to correct any errors, issue you a RA#, and arrange for your return/exchange/refund..

 

Examples:

1.) A returnable item is one that you try on in the house before use. So, try your Jackets and Pants on in the House for proper fit before you go out and use them for the day, so make sure the item is exactly what you wanted before take it out.
2.) Items returned without tags or original unbroken packaging and/or not in as new condition are not accepted. Tags can be removed but be sure to include them in the box when returning the items.
3.) If you wish to return an item purchase from Outdoorsportsguys.com please repackage the item in a box (do not mark or deface the original manufacturer packaging in any manner), place your RA# prominently on the box, and be sure to include a copy of the packing slip with the merchandise stating the reason for your return.

Warranties

Every item outdoorsportsguys.com carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers.  Generally, warranties cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, and impact are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer as to the validity of the warranty, and to either repair or replace defective merchandise.  Outdoorsportsguys will do our best to hold companies accountable, and protect your rights as our customer.

Unfortunately, labor and shipping are not covered under any warranty.  If you have a warranty issue, the shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the consumer.  If you have a legitimate warranty concern, contact us at  877.377.2376.  We will obtain a Return Authorization number for you.  After that, you will send the product directly to the manufacturer, labeled on the outside of the box the Return Authorization number.  This will speed up the process.  The companies will then return the product, repaired, replaced, or rejected to us, and we will send it to you.  This process only applies to products purchased from this website.
